At 14:23 on Wednesday, 11 November, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

1 male with suspected back injuries after falling from height, crew assisting ambulance personnel to move patient to ambulance.
