At 18:51 on Sunday, 22 November, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Non Urgent in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews were called to assist with the release of a female who had partially fallen through an internal ceiling. The lady managed to free herself prior to the arrival of Fire Service Personnel
