At 13:08 on Friday, 27 November, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire in Junction 2 to 3.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Albrighton.

Incident was found to be a false alarm with good intent as the result of a mechanical failure in a van.
