At 19:11 on Monday, 7 December, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Persons Reported Fire in Shrewsbury.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Main jet
