Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service

At 17:15 on Monday, 28 December, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Flooding in Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service.

2 fire appliances including the Heavy Pumping Unit and the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Prees and Shrewsbury. A Specialist Advisor officer was in attendance.

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service are currently en route to Lancashire where we will be providing assistance to Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service dealing with widespread flooding in the area.
