At 10:48 on Saturday, 2 January, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Bomere Heath.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Small gear
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire involving washing machine removed from property
