At 16:28 on Thursday, 21 January, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Aircraft Light in Sleap .

2 fire appliances including the Foam Pod and the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

1 light aircraft landed safely.
