At 15:03 on Wednesday, 17 February, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Croesau Bach, Oswestry .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Severe fire involving 100% of private saloon vehicle on roadway. 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel jet used to extinguish fire.
