At 07:05 on Thursday, 31 March, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Aircraft Light in Telford.

4 fire appliances including the Foam Pod, the Incident Support Unit and the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Market Drayton, Shrewsbury, Tweedale and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

1 light aircraft overturned in field, all persons accounted for and fit and well. Crews investigating to make aircraft safe. Small fuel spillage.
