At 20:40 on Friday, 1 April, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Shrewsbury .

1 fire appliance was mobilised. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Small fire in lounge, 1 casualty left in care of Ambulance Service due to suffering with smoke inhalation. Buckets of water were used to extinguish.
