At 17:55 on Tuesday, 19 April, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Hodnet.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Hodnet, Prees and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Cutters/Spreaders
• Oxygen first aid

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 5 vehicles, 1 person released by Fire Service Personnel using holmatro cutting equipment
