At 23:32 on Wednesday, 20 April, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Cleobury Mortimer.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Beaters
• Hosereel jet

2 seats of fire in the open involving brash and gorse, one is approximately 10m x 10m, the other approximately 30m x 30m.
