At 08:45 on Friday, 22 April, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as RTC Making Safe in Wem.

4 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees, Wellington and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

RTC involving one small car, made safe by Fire Service Personnel using small gear. One person transported to hospital via Land Ambulance.
