At 15:05 on Saturday, 30 April, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Bishops Castle.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Bishops Castle, Clun and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
