At 16:42 on Tuesday, 10 May, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Cleobury Mortimer .

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer, Ludlow and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
