At 21:31 on Wednesday, 11 May, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Tweedale. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
