At 14:36 on Friday, 13 May, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Whitchurch.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Prees, Wellington and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Incident involving 1 articulated lorry which has left the carriageway. No other vehicles involved. Nothing in use.
