At 07:46 on Wednesday, 22 June, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Wellington.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Newport and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 2 vehicles no persons trapped. 1 person with neck injuries treated by ambulance.
