At 12:21 on Wednesday, 8 June, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Smell Of Smoke in Bridgnorth.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

False alarm caused by burnt out motor on vacuum cleaner.
