At 22:25 on Saturday, 2 July, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 2 vehicles 1 person was extricated by Fire Serive and Ambulance Personnel by using small gear and lighting.
