At 08:43 on Saturday, 9 July, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Albrighton, Telford and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Highways Agency and the Land Ambulance Service .

1 saloon vehicle in collision with central barrier, no persons trapped, one male driver treated on scene by Ambulance Personnel.
