At 22:23 on Saturday, 15 October, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Charlesway, Market Drayton .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Market Drayton.

Smoke issuing from first floor of domestic dwelling house. Fire was found to be involving a beam in the floor space. Fire extinguished using 2 breathing apparatus and 2 hose reel jets. Positive pressure ventilation fan used to clear the smoke.
