At 09:20 on Thursday, 3 November, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Late Fire Call in Wellington .

Fire appliances was mobilised. An Operations officer was in attendance.

An officer is investigating the circumstances around an industrial bin fire that occurred over a week ago but was not reported to the Fire Service at the time.
