At 15:52 on Wednesday, 9 November, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Ludlow.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Ludlow and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 1 private saloon vehicle 1 male casualty extracted using holmatro cutting equipment, and conveyed to hospital via land Ambulance.
