At 18:49 on Monday, 14 November, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Bicton Heath, Shrewsbury.
2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Hosereel jet
- Resuscitator first aid
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .
Fire involving oven in ground floor kitchen of a two storey semi-detached property. Two breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet and positive pressure ventilation in use. Two casualties suffering from smoke inhalation.
