At 10:11 on Thursday, 17 November, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised. An Operations officer was in attendance.

RTC involving 2 vehicles, Holmatro cutting equipment was used to extricate 2 casualties who were left in the care of the ambulance service.
