At 13:09 on Saturday, 26 November, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Woore.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Market Drayton. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 2 saloon vehicles, 1 person trapped, extrication in progress. Roof and door of vehicle now removed, 1 male casualty conveyed to hospital by land ambulance.
