At 14:17 on Sunday, 27 November, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Bridgnorth.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews were called to rescue a horse that had become trapped over a gate but was released by owners prior to arrival. No action by Fire Service Personnel
