At 16:45 on Wednesday, 30 November, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Ellesmere .

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Ellesmere, Wellington and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.
