At 08:42 on Tuesday, 20 December, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Rudge Heath,.

5 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Tweedale and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Cutters/Spreaders
• Small gear

RTC involving 2 saloon vehicles. One male casualty released by Fire Service Personnel using Holmatro cutting equipment and small gear. The casualty was treated on scene by paramedics and transferred to hospital via land ambulance.
