At 17:45 on Tuesday, 20 December, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Montgomery.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Bishops Castle, Clun and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

RTC involving 1 vehicle down a steep embankment. 1 casualty released prior to fire service arrival
