At 02:10 on Sunday, 1 January, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Bayston Hill.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Buckets of water

Small quantity of building materials at rear exterior of property involved in fire. Buckets of water in use.
