At 12:56 on Friday, 20 January, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Effect Entry in Oswestry .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews have been requested to assist Ambulance effect entry to gain access to an 83 year old male who had fallen behind a door. The casualty was checked by paramedics but suffered no injuries and no further treatment was necessary
