At 08:53 on Saturday, 4 February, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Flood Affecting Electrics in Townsend Close, Ludlow .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Ludlow.

Flooding from domestic gas boiler. Boiler isolated by fire service personnel and advice given to occupier to contact a plumber.
