At 21:01 on Friday, 10 February, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Oswestry.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.

crews used chimney rods and small gear to extinguish.
