At 07:48 on Thursday, 16 February, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Much Wenlock.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Church Stretton, Much Wenlock and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
