At 10:50 on Tuesday, 16 May, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Oswestry.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet

Small fire involving unattended cooking in electric toaster, appliance removed and area ventilated, two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, one covering jet in use
