At 18:04 on Thursday, 18 May, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Bin Fire in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Main jet

Wheelie bin fire. Crews extinguished using 1 hose reel jet and one 45mm jet.
