At 13:00 on Friday, 16 June, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Wem.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Hodnet, Prees and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Fire involving a wood cutting machine.
