At 12:57 on Sunday, 2 July, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Church Stretton.

2 fire appliances including the Pinzgauer were mobilised from Church Stretton. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .
