At 18:25 on Sunday, 9 July, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Old Coleham, Shrewsbury .

2 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Roof tiles on property in dangerous condition falling onto pavement below. Tiles made safe by crews using the Aerial Ladder Platform (ALP)
