At 23:29 on Wednesday, 2 August, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Cutters/Spreaders

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

One car overturned. One casualty released by Fire Service Personnel using holmatro cutting equipment. Casualty has been conveyed to hospital via road ambulance and fire crews have mad the vehicle safe.
