At 16:57 on Sunday, 3 September, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Nantmawr.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Chimney rods
• Stirrup pump
• Thermal imaging camera
