At 01:50 on Sunday, 24 September, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Newport.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Newport and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Fire involving cooker. Out on arrival of fire service. No action required.
