At 15:18 on Thursday, 26 October, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Much Wenlock.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Cutters/Spreaders

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Two vehicle road traffic collision, two persons trapped, Holmatro cutting equipment in use, 5 casualties taken to hospital by land and air ambulances
