At 12:35 on Monday, 30 October, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Madeley.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central, Tweedale and Wellington.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

1 male released by Fire Crews from 1st scaffolding platform using Fire service stretcher and manual handling
