At 19:47 on Sunday, 5 November, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Ludlow.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Craven Arms, Ludlow and Newport. An Operations officer was in attendance.
