At 08:30 on Friday, 10 November, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Oswestry.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Chimney rods
• Stirrup pump
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire in chimney pot of domestic property, chimney rods, stirrup pump, safety lanyards and thermal image camera used
