At 09:52 on Saturday, 16 December, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

RTC involving 1 car and one 4x4 vehicle. 2 persons released from entrapment using holmatro cutting equipment.
