At 20:28 on Sunday, 24 December, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews called to reports of a House Fire which was a false alarm caused by a resident having a controlled burn in their garden.
